Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Associate/Office Assistant to work closely with customers and builders. This position is flexible but does require occasional Saturdays.
This position has multiple responsibilities including: answer phones and help with customer questions, gather needed information from customers and assist with selections of countertops, maintain showroom appearance by cleaning countertops and sweeping floors, stay up to date on materials that are offered, type estimates and send to customers and/or builders as needed.
Skills
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role
Proficiency in English
Basic Math skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Availability to work flexible shifts
High school degree; BS degree in Design or related field would be a plus
