Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Car Salesperson who will be responsible for selling new and used automobiles, providing excellent customer service, retaining existing customers, and cultivating new relationships. The Car Salesperson will also assist customers with financing and insurance options and work with the management team to meet performance goals.


Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction focus and experience
  • Experience working in a car dealership is a plus
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Demonstrated success in sales
  • Automotive Sales and Customer Retention skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
