Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Vehicle Services Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated qualified Financial Administrator.

The primary responsibility of this role is the following:

Invoice and maintain ALL Retiree lease vehicles Billing affiliates in the TM Lease Vehicle program for the vehicles their TMs are leasing Creating eligibility IDs for TMs and Departments Billing of lease vehicles for special Japan staff leases Creating multiple journal entries

What you’ll be doing

  • Global trainees, VIP students, Advisor spouse vehicles, etc.
  • Invoicing of TM lease charges for non-TMNA Payroll Affiliates
  • Billing of vehicles leases by members from Japan (non-Advisors)
  • TIEM, TMHU, TCF, TRI, Woven, and Toyota Connected
  • Maintain eligibility ID inbox and respond to any inquiries
  • Billing of all department vehicles to appropriate departments
  • Create and maintain Eligibility IDs for TM, Affiliate and Department vehicles
  • Create monthly Multi book journal entries and accruals.
  • Invoice and maintain ALL Retiree lease vehicles

What you bring

  • Self-starter mindset, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal, organizing, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong presence and have demonstrated track record of success.
  • Solid business acumen and process-oriented mindset.
  • A high degree of business partnering skills and ability to influence others at all levels.
  • Experience creating journal entries.
  • Root Cause analysis skills.
  • Strong PC proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience required.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with SAP, BPC, and Power BI Dashboards.
  • Accounting principles experience.

Added bonus if you have

  • Experience in the retail or automotive business.
  • Experience with SAP/BPC, Ariba, and Toyota Company Car NVS or other legacy systems, and/or reporting tools such as SSRS, SQL, Python.
