Job Description
DealerFlex is in search of a qualified candidate for a Valet Regional Vice President. This position requires Management experience, preferably in the Automotive Industry (not required).

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Regional Vice President is responsible for providing leadership, support, advocacy, and vision for a team of District Managers within their assigned region(s).
Salary Range: Based on Experience
Essential Duties
  • Implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and safety measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
  • Continuously track and improve operational efficiency using defined metrics to improve operational performance.
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the client and customer experience. Ensure long-term client retention & satisfaction through the delivery of a consistently positive client experience and partnership at all levels of interaction.
  • Provide action plans for driver safety score improvement, and coordinate with fleet teams on vehicle deliveries and training.
  • Partner with Human Resources on the attraction and retention of service-minded talent, including actively engaging in talent acquisition processes, facilitating appropriate onboarding and orientation, performing ongoing performance evaluations, effectively resolving associate relations, and developing talent.
  • Align the region’s priorities with the strategic direction of the field services organization.
  • Foster a culture of consistency and accountability. Conduct site visits within the region to ensure adherence to service standards and create strategies for improvement when needed.
  • Rally team around change management efforts and adoption.
  • Manage budget and resource planning to ensure the company is prepared to meet new operational challenges and capable of rapidly responding to new opportunities.
  • Drive a culture of safety at the district level in an effort to meet company safety goals.
  • Participate in scheduled regional account reviews to validate compliance to service standards.
  • Lead and support an assigned region of up to 20 Car Dealerships
  • Perform regular audits with clients on CSI scores to ensure excellence in customer service, and address all issues as needed.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client concerns.

Education And Experience Requirements
  • Experience with P&L or Cost Center Control.
  • 5+ years of management experience with at least 2 years’ experience managing remotely in multiple regions.
  • Previous experience in leading an organization with a large part time workforce preferred.
  • Previous sales or customer experience leadership is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience working in retail, hospitality, automotive, or relevant B2B services industry with a client-first strategy required.
