POSITION
Position Title: Vice President Marketing, Americas
Reports to: President, TAG Heuer Americas
Location: Springfield, NJ or NYC

POSITION SUMMARY:
In collaboration with the Headquarters and the commercial team, you develop the brand image and support sales by implementing the global marketing strategy in the Americas region. Lead local execution of all global marketing programs including sponsoring, events, digital, media, PR, and visual merchandising. Identify opportunities for events, digital initiatives, omnichannel opportunities, shop animations and advertising to promote the brand awareness, but more importantly to increase and strengthen the brand desirability, as well as drive consumers to the POS and increase the sell-out.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Event Marketing
- Find new opportunities to promote and make TAG Heuer top of mind.
- Organize and execute events in the Americas in partnership with our retail and wholesale doors.
- Identify and develop new initiatives and events to leverage local and international assets.
Sponsoring
- Identify potential local sponsorship opportunities and drive activation of local and world-wide assets to engage with our clients.
- Maintain and develop the relationship with our Americas Ambassadors, leverage and activate them locally.
Digital
- Drive daily activity on our e-commerce and partner closely with our e-retailers.
- Lead the change and strong growth plans for our digital strategy, including CRM and e-commerce to enhance brand awareness and support sales.
Advertising
- Challenge current way of communicating to increase desirability of the brand.
- Manage media budget to plan and buy all corporate advertising and manage co-op programs and budgets.
- Define and implement advertising strategy through all channels
Trade Marketing
- Challenge and constantly evaluate the performance of tools and actions implemented
- Adapt and deploy TAG Heuer visual merchandising and trade marketing material and guidelines to the point of sales – displays, window animation
- In collaboration with the HQ and sales, ensure smooth implementation/construction of corners, shop in shops, and boutiques through the VM team.
Leadership
- Motivate and develop a team of 12 marketing professionals

- Encourage collaboration across the organization and inspire creativity
PROFILE
- Strong digital experience, including e-commerce and CRM strategy development and implementation
- Ability to work in teams across functions and across geographies and time zones
- Management experience in the marketing field, and a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams
- 10+ years of professional experience, including a combination of marketing, digital, e-commerce and public relations/media
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of experience required, Master’s degree or MBA with concentration in Marketing or Digital a plus.
- Proven ability to lead by influence and in matrix environments
- Good understanding of the luxury environment and of the American culture and market. Passionate about new trends in lifestyle, arts, new technologies and sports.
- Exceptional social and interpersonal skills, proven business communication and writing skills, and excellent presentation skills
Salary Range: $229,000-$263,000
