At Salesloft, our Interns are pivotal to our company's long term success. You will be a key member of our User Experience Research (UXR) team which is part of a larger Product Experience team. The Product Experience team is composed of Product Designers, User Researchers, Product Analysts, and Visual Designers.

The mission of the UXR team is to learn from our end users and deliver insights on user needs, motivations and behaviors to the heart of product development. This is done by conducting research throughout the product life cycle such as customer interviews, brainstorming sessions, shadowing end users, surveys, concept testing, and usability studies.

The UXR team is continually focused on the core values of the company which are Customers First, Team Over Self. Focus on Results. Bias Towards Action and Glass Half Full.

Come join the research team in helping put Salesloft customers first! You will help support user research studies that will make a huge impact in bringing a connection and understanding of our users to the rest of the product teams to make our product useful, easier, and delightful to use.

You will get hands-on experience working with our User Researcher colleagues on various research studies. In addition, you will also have the the following opportunities:

• Spreadhead you're own UX Research project
• Work cross functionally with product designers and product teams to gain exposure to how Salesloft's teams collaborate together
• Participate in various social and professional events with your internship class

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a group of hungry, humble, and smart college students to join us from May to August 2022. If you're passionate about innovation, growth, serving customers and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, then a Salesloft Internship is for you!

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:

• Are maintaining a 3.0 GPA minimum
• Are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited university in the state of Georgia
• Are ambitious and driven, thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Computer skills are a must with medium to good typing skills.
• Social science majors preferred such as Psychology, Human- Computer Interaction, Human-Factors, Cognitive Science, or Anthropology.
• Demonstrate a teamwork mentality and willingness to assist wherever needed
• Bonus points if you have knowledge of different user research methodologies
• Have strong written skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and attention to detail

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL:

• Begin 1:1's with your manager, meet current members of the Salesloft product development team that will be key relationships in accomplishing your goals
• Set goals with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
• Attend Salesloft's New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our "Lofters" unique
• Assist with planning and conducting user research (e.g. taking notes during sessions, helping with discussion guides and data analysis)

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL:

• Leave with an understanding of the sales enablement technology space
• Have a lot of fun along the way!
• Complete an independent research project adding real value to the team you are working with throughout the summer
• Present your project to Product Experience team
