Salary:

$85,000 per year, with potential for increase based on job performance

Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistency and adherence to design principles across all platform components
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design specifications
• Collaborate with the Full Stack Developer and other team members to design and implement visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for the platform
• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Ability to work in an agile development environment, with a focus on speed and efficiency.
• Continuously test and refine user interfaces to ensure seamless functionality and an exceptional user experience
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the platform remains cutting-edge and competitive

Requirements:

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in design tools, such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
• Experience in designing AI-driven user interfaces and interactions
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines
