ISR Division Systems, LLC, is seeking a talented UI/UX Architect to join our team! As the UI/UX Architect, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) designs that align with the needs of our clients and customers. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to ensure design implementation aligns with design specifications and requirements
• Stay current with emerging IU/UX trends, technologies, and tools and incorporate them into design work
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides that ensure consistency, scalability, and user experience across multiple platforms and products
• Plan and conduct user research activities to understand user needs, goals, and behaviors, and identify opportunities for product improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces for proprietary product solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications that meet user requirements and align with design standards and best practices
• Test and evaluate UI designs and provide recommendations for improvement based on usability testing and user feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IU/UX design, graphic design, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Knowledgeable of IU/UX best practices, design systems, and design thinking methodologies
• Must reside within the United States
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple design projects simultaneously
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Axure, and Adobe Creative Suite
• At least 5 years of experience in IU/UX design in a computer software or tech-related industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work experience and UI design skills
