We are looking for a vibrant and driven PROJECT MANAGER to join our team focused on delivering innovative solutions to our clients in the US and internationally. You will be part of some of the most exclusive sports projects globally, working with teams trying to solve the most complex challenges. You will get to work with best-of-breed tech platforms and tools and will play an active and vital role in bringing those solutions to market.
Role Overview:
As the Project Manager, you will be at the epicenter of innovative fan engagement strategies and implementations in some of the world's most iconic sports venues. Your responsibilities will span the breadth of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring the delivery of world-class software solutions that redefine the fan experience.
Your days will be spent coordinating with diverse vendors, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery, overseeing software project implementations, and running highly efficient, effective meetings during all project phases. In addition, your insights into business analysis will be crucial in translating intricate requirements into tangible project milestones.
To thrive in this role, you'll need a mix of technical proficiency, an understanding of sports venues, exceptional leadership qualities, and a relentless attention to detail. Your deep knowledge in project management, familiarity with software technologies, and understanding of sports venues' nuances will position you as a pivotal player in our mission to revolutionize fan experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Forge strong relationships with vendors to ensure cohesive collaboration between teams.
- Monitor and assess vendor performance, providing feedback and solutions for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, ensuring milestones are met and flagging any potential delays.
- Adjust schedules in real-time, navigating the complexities of vendor dependencies and unforeseen challenges.
- Craft and maintain project budgets, ensuring financial accountability at all stages.
- Track expenses regularly, providing financial reports to senior management and making adjustments as necessary.
- Interface with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap to ensure all parties have a clear understanding of project specifications.
- Collaborate with business analysts to validate and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Lead regular status meetings with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring everyone is informed, aligned, and motivated.
- Employ facilitation techniques to draw out insights, drive decisions, and maintain engagement and productivity throughout the meeting.
- Identify potential project risks early and develop contingency plans to manage them.
- Provide regular risk assessments to senior management, proposing solutions and adjustments as necessary.
What We're Looking For Experience:
3-5 years of experience managing software projects from conception to deployment. Proven experience orchestrating projects in major sports venues, especially those involving software implementations.
- Proven expertise in navigating the unique challenges and opportunities sports venues present.
- A genuine passion for enhancing the fan experience, backed by a robust understanding of the latest digital trends and innovations.
- In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, with experience guiding projects through each phase, from requirement gathering to design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a knack for inspiring and driving teams toward common goals.
- An unparalleled attention to detail, guaranteeing that software requirements and specifications are consistently met.
- Ability to manage multiple software projects simultaneously, ensuring each receives the necessary focus and dedication.
- Proficiency in modern project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana, coupled with experience in software tracking and documentation tools.
- Proficiency with various Agile methodologies, PMP frameworks & other methodologies.
- A solution-oriented mindset that's primed for challenges and adept at identifying innovative solutions.
- Proven ability to make informed decisions under pressure, drawing upon technical knowledge and experience.
