Job Description

Pay range is $30 to $35 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. W2 with Client

Must have Biotech and/or Pharma experience


Overview:

  • Investigate and respond to any customers’ Returns related inquiries received into Customer Operations Inbox daily
  • Verify credits against customers debit memos. Investigate and reconcile any discrepancies in price, quantity, or lot information. Release customers credits daily.
  • Provide dedicated support to Reverse Logistics area. Oversee processing of customer returns by third party vendor in a timely manner and per Return Policy.
  • Contribute to any Returns related projects and initiatives to improve the current process and address any aging returns related item on the Customers AR
  • Support any various reporting and analysis as well as audit and J-Sox requests
  • Help to investigate any returns deductions taken by the customers and work with customers on addressing and resolving any issues
  • Assist with any ad hock assignments as needed


Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree
  • SAP or another ERP software knowledge
  • Able to handle and interpret large amount of data in excel
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Customers Operations or Finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel - able to use PVT, vlook-ups, etc.
