Position Summary:

• Excellent organizational skill with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Computer skills and experienced user of Microsoft Office software
• Dispatches Urgentivist Extenders in a timely manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Make real-time decisions regarding scheduling visits and rearranging current visits to accommodate exceptions
• Demonstrates ability to communicate, problem solve, and work effectively with people
• Create daily and weekly reporting
• Maintains a current working knowledge of company policies, procedures, rules and regulations
• Enter visits into the Dispatch application
• Communicates vital visit assignment and monitoring information. Consistently uses profession demeanor, voice tone and respect in all communications
• Allocates Provider resources properly as the need arises based on visit request
• Effectively prioritizes Urgent visits and assigns appropriate Provider oversight based on state rules and regulations
• Previous dispatch or workforce management experience desired
• Work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Engages in a partnership of support with the Landmark Market providers and Urgentivist Extenders
• Skilled at establishing and maintaining positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers
• Ability to take initiative and see tasks to completion

Required Requirements:

• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR 1+ years working in a professional position and/or office/remote environment
• Ability to work Monday – Friday from 1:30PM – 10:00 PM EST
• 2+ years experience in a Dispatch role

Preferred Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible schedule, pick up occasional overtime
• Prior use of computer aided dispatch programs preferred

Soft Skills:

• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with great emphasis on multi-tasking
