Key Responsibilities

• Advise drivers on properly resolving issues
• Monitoring drivers while making deliveries, including on-time performance, productivity & compliance
• Data entry and reporting as required
• Communicate with customers on delivery schedules, late deliveries and ETA’s
• Communicate to directly with customers providing delays, service failures, and any other necessary details regarding our service.
• Responsible to maintain and manage relationships with drivers to create an efficient system for drivers and customers.
• Assist in creating and maintaining schedules for employee drivers
• Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Proactively communicate with customers, both written and orally, ensuring all needs are met in a timely manner.
• Manage and rearrange schedules to ensure customer satisfaction
• Professional phone etiquette/customer service skills/driver engagement
