Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching staff, equipment, and resources to ensure that all customer requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The Dispatcher will be required to monitor the progress of assigned tasks, adjust routes as needed, and maintain accurate records of all activities. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching staff, equipment, and resources to ensure that all customer requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The Dispatcher will be required to monitor the progress of assigned tasks, adjust routes as needed, and maintain accurate records of all activities. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
7 am to 3 pm Monday-Friday
You will be on call once a month for a week. Flat fee plus booked calls. This will be required after you have learned the position.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians
  • Maintain communication with technicians and customers
  • Oversee and enter data for the closeout process
  • Provide customer service to technicians and customers
  • Monitor technician performance
  • Basic Admin skills/reporting
  • Coordinate and monitor the technicians

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Marietta, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
