Confirm sufficient and accurate information is collected before directing patients to join healthcare visits with medical providers

Experience with remote work is a plus.

Tech-savvy with experience working in multiple computer systems simultaneously.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Customer-obsess mentality with 2-3 years of experience in an operational leadership or advisory position.

3-5 years of Customer Service experience.

Provide comprehensive feedback. Contributes to process improvements by gathering feedback and providing information to key stakeholders.

Implement and manage ATI Capstone and Virtual ATI.

Experience in assessment of student learning outcomes and remediation strategies required.

Previous dispatch or workforce management experience desired

Computer skills and experienced user of Microsoft Office software

Maintains a current working knowledge of company policies, procedures, rules and regulations
