Travel Nurse Consultant (Full-Time/Part-Time)

We are hiring for full-time or part time (exempt and non-exempt) for this position. This role reports to our Director of Consulting Services.Key Experience NeededWhat you will do: Provide clinical consulting service delivery to our clients. Manage assigned client facilities in both service delivery and cost effectiveness. Ensure timely delivery of consulting visits according to our contractual obligations.
Ensure assigned profit and loss goals are met. Sell extra consulting days per quarter. Conduct 12 productive site visit days per month. (Less if only Part-Time).
Submit internal reports/calendars per company guidelines. Submit client reports after completion of customer site visit per company guidelines. Maintain effective and timely communication with the VP of Operations about internal and external customer issues. Participate with the sales process as requested.
Provide client customer service averaging 9.0 on the customer survey scale as it relates to consulting services. Attend trade shows as requested · Maintain effective participation in our team meetings, committees, and/or on conference calls. Stay current on issues and regulations that affect the industry and long-term care field. Perform other duties as assigned by management.QualificationsWhat it takes to join the family: B.S.
in Nursing preferred Registered Nurse License Previous experience as a Director of Nursing or in multi-facility management in nurse/physician consulting. Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to adjust the message to fit the audience. Possesses strong organizational and time management skills. Extensive air travel required.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to analyze and synthesize information to understand issues and identify options. Engage with a wide base of clients across the organization. Collaborate with interdepartmental team members to complete projects.
Understand key financial indicators, manage financial performance, and use financial analysis to create and evaluate strategic options and opportunities.
