Training & Development Specialist Jobs

While reporting to the Manager of Global Learning & Development, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and conducting training and development programs for employees.

What you’ll be doing:

• Facilitate training programs that include, but are not limited to, train-the-trainer programs, employee development sessions, sales training, leadership training, facilitation/training, employee orientation/onboarding, etc.
• Apply instructional design methods and adult learning principles to ensure that course design and content meet learning goals.
• Provide frequent and effective communication around project status and application effectiveness
• Assess, plan, design, deliver, curate, communicate or evaluate learning programs/experiences across company related to learning and development.
• Conduct research and analysis and deliver training programs to anticipate business needs and trends for the future.
• Collaborate with the instructional design team and internal stakeholders to identify learning needs within the function, determine strategies and execute learning solutions that meet those needs.
• Partner with Talent Communication Leader and Talent Operations team to develop and oversee communication plan and strategy to market classes, engage targeted audiences and increase attendance.
• Track and analyze learning program by examining course evaluations, proficiency testing, and job performance to identify program effectiveness. Makes changes or enhancements as appropriate

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in beautiful Hartsville, SC and close to exciting destinations (Myrtle Beach, SC Charleston, SC, Columbia, SC and Charlotte, NC) or has the possibility of being Hybrid.

• Previous training experience is required
• Experience delivering and designing both instructor led, and virtual instructor led courses
• Bachelor’s degree required, concentration in Business/HR a plus
• Strong facilitation skills

Compensation:

Training & Development Specialist II - The annual base salary range for this role is from $59,175.00 to $64,710.00

Training & Development Specialist III - The annual base salary range for this role is from $72,975.00 to $87,570.00

An annual bonus is awarded to eligible employees upon attaining various business and individual goals as defined by the Company and the department leader. This annual bonus is discretionary, and the Company has sole discretion to determine the amount of the award.
