Training & Development Manager Jobs

Monogram Food Solutions, a privately held manufacturer and marketer of corn dogs, beef & bacon jerky, hot dogs, sausages, pet treats, gourmet foods, and frozen appetizers, is looking for a Training and Development Manager for our Bristol, IN location. With the Company’s Support Center in Memphis, TN, Monogram operates fourteen processing plants employing over 4000 team members. Our role of Training and Development Manager is based in Bristol, IN and will be responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training programs for plant personnel in Bristol, IN. Training programs include, but not limited to, employee on-boarding, safety, manufacturing methods, operator training, quality control and supervisory development.

Specific Responsibilities Include

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Communications or related discipline
• Evaluates training and development programs and measures results. Modifies training programs when necessary to adapt to business and work environment changes
• Develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media and learning methods
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, multi-tasking and presentation skills
• Facilities and presents training programs, as well as scheduling training sessions ensuring facility set-up, audiovisual set-up and employee notification
• Strong coaching and leadership skills, Bilingual in Spanish
• Minimum of 3 years of training experience and experience in food manufacturing
• Identifies development needs to drive training initiatives
• Designs and implements effective methods to train employees in order to education and enhance performance and productivity
• High level of interpersonal skills, creative ability and visual graphics design ability
