Job Description

As a Training and Development Manager, you will play a key role in our ability to deliver what we promise to our customers.
You will drive continuous improvement and build operational competence through our lean manufacturing methodology, ensuring operational excellence and supporting a positive workplace culture by:
Coaching and collaborat ing with manufacturing team members and leaders to identify and address operational inefficiencies and losses
Supporting all other key areas within lean manufacturing teams
Driv ing the execution of training and development activities to support operator capability and lean methodology tools and activities
Leading the identification, investigation and elimination issues caused by human error
Driv ing employee engagement in identifying and implementing improvements to our manufacturing processes
Key experiences and know-how
The following prior experiences will be required for someone to be successful in this role:
Creating and executing training and development plans
Utiliz ing problem solving tools in a manufacturing environment
Develop ing and deliver ing executive level presentations
Collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and drive results of cross-functional teams
Participating in lean manufacturing methodology audits as a process owner
Analyzing data and using data to make decisions

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5 years of combined experience in manufacturing, training, or human resources
Able to coach and develop teams
Proficient with G Suite and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree Human Resour ces, Education or Psychology or related field
Experience with adult learning systems and processes
Self-directed and proficient at multi-tasking
Project Management and Time Management Skills
Specific experience in applying training to improve performance in safety, quality, and productivity
Manufacturing experience is highly desirable
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present in front of an audience
Excellent interpersonal skills, must be able to successfully interact with all levels of the organization to achieve expected results
Some travel may be required, approximately 10-20% domestically and internationally
Bilingual (English and Korean)
