1. Build the internal lecturer system, cultivate internal tutors, operate and manage the tutorial system, develop and establish the internal learning and sharing mechanism, and build a learning-teaching organization;

2. understanding the business logic of manufacturing enterprises, we set up a talent training and development system based on talent status and development needs, and developed feasible training programs;

3. responsible for the planning and implementation of the Company's training and development programs, including, but not limited to, management trainee development programs, in-house trainer programs, mid-level management team and key personnel training and development programs;

Requests：

1. bachelor's degree or higher, experience in a consulting firm preferred;

2. more than 5 years of experience in corporate training and management, building internal learning and growth mechanisms, lecturer and mentor management and operational systems.

3. Rich practical experience in workshop design and operation;

4. Rich experience in organizing and internalizing job experience, capable of empowering internal lecturers and tutors to improve their teaching level.
