Your Job

As a self-driven sales person excellent relationship-building capabilities, you will be responsible for expanding the presence of the client, through the active engagement of channel partners and end-users in the Texas market.

Responsibilities

• Support channel partners and end-users at/in conferences, webinars, product demonstrations, and other events as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize lead generation, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantages.
• Develop joint go-to-market- plans, lead weekly discussions, and quarterly business reviews with VARs.
• Create a business plan for the territory that clearly states how to achieve the quarterly & annual targets, focusing on Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners through account development, communication and support of sales lead generation initiatives.
• Continually review, update, and grow a deliverable sales pipeline.
• Report regularly on the progress on the execution on the territory business plan.

Requirements

• 4 year degree
• Valid drivers license
• Strong time-management, planning, reporting, and cold-calling skills
• 3 years of experience in tech-channel sales
• Excellent written, communication, presenting, and relationship-building skills
• Proven history of developing strong relationships with Director and Executive level management.

Desirable Skills

• Experience developing formal partnership/alliances with publishers and software vendors
• Experience working with interactive/collaboration products

Compensation

• $105 - $125k salary with a compensation package
