Domestic and International Boutique Sales Lead

Our growing company is seeking a Boutique Sales Lead who shares our love for nature and is highly motivated. Reporting directly to the VP of Operation, this position requires excellent time-management skills and the ability to handle a diverse range of tasks. As a small company, the daily routine can be variable, making strong organizational skills a must-have. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with retail partners, participate in sales events, and provide exceptional customer service.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
• Manage and maintain international and domestic boutique sale relationships, including customer requests and inquiries via phone and email.
• Process customer orders, order entry, and invoicing (requires Quickbooks, web portals).
• Creating and implementing a creative promotion calendar.
• Research new potential accounts and conduct cold emails and calls.
• Attend trade shows and schedule store visits as needed.
• In-depth Understand our products and being able to communicate and train stores effectively.
• Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
• Tracking and analyzing sales statistics.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
• Develop and implement a successful sales strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to manage changing priorities
• Advanced time management skills
• Computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite)
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
• Familiarity with Quickbooks and a quick learner
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Love of the outdoors and nature
• Planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Customer service and administrative experience
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs and walk throughout office and warehouse facility, including stairs
• Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with CRM software
• Experience with office admin responsibilities
• Basic design skills (Adobe InDesign and Photoshop)
• Familiarity with the wholesale/retail trade shows
• Basic IT/communication knowledge/understanding
