Job Description

The ideal candidate is someone with a passion to serve both team members and customers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment in a well-funded company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides supervision and direction to Operational Services Team. Areas include Accounts Receivable, Finance Agreements, Unbilled Policy Reporting, Experience Reporting, E&S Renewal business, and other assigned areas.

  • Asist in monitoring target dates, deadlines, and supervising the Team’s workload priorities to ensure timeliness and proficiencies in the delivery of this essential service to RAIS member agencies.
  • Documents procedures, recommends enhancements and/or modifications of processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiencies.
  • Provides mentoring and training to fellow teammates, as required, to enable them to provide backup assistance and customer service support.
  • Assist employees with time management skills to ensure their success of their duties and responsibilities; assist in addressing internal/external complaints and resolving problems.
