· Research and answer questions from Implementation, Account Management, SAMO, Client Optimization and Product.

· Create and set-up letter templates for all relevant benefit communications.

· Interface with IT/developers regarding requirements.

· 2+ years relevant experience in an operations environment.

· Proofing, proofreader experience a plus.

· Knowledge of layout and print production a plus.

Experience in a highly regulated field in a risk management role (example: financial services or financial technologies) (2-3 years)

Strong computer and MS Office skills, to include experience with SharePoint site administration

Support internal and external audits and due diligence requests to ensure benefits are being delivered to our customers

Progressive experience with a result oriented, growth company, preferably in consumer financial services or financial technologies products

Experience in leading large, complex programs, with the ability to help oversee third-party partners obligations

Strong documentation and organizational skills

Experience in a highly regulated field in a risk management role (example: financial services or financial technology) (2-3 years)

Seeking a Operational Analyst with exceptional sales experience who will be responsible for analyzing, planning, and executing sales operations activities.

$55K - 60K Annual Base Salary Commensurate with Experience Plus Up to $4K Performance Bonus

Manage and report on the weekly marketing task plan, R&D pipeline, and sales pipeline.

Knowledge management of documents and artifacts.
