In partnership with the Project Manager, ensures and comprehensiveness and quality of program information in the internal systems/databases.

Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Collections Manager.

Maintain knowledge of and model adherence to Regulatory Compliance for financial institutions and collection activities.

If remote, must reside in the Eastern or Central time zones.

Three-five years of industry experience, such as Call Center, Collections and/or Sub-prime financing.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, which requires knowledge of the structure and content of the English language.
