The Talent and Recruitment Strategy Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy to support the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts of an organization. This role will work closely with the Talent and Recruitment team to ensure that the organization’s recruitment and talent acquisition efforts are effectively communicated to internal and external stakeholders. The Talent and Recruitment Strategy Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications plan, including but not limited to:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy to support the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts of an organization.
• Creating and managing content for recruitment and talent acquisition related communications, including but not limited to: press releases, website content, social media content, and other marketing materials.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key media contacts and other external stakeholders.
• Monitoring and responding to media inquiries and other external communications.
• Developing and executing internal communications plans to ensure that the organization’s recruitment and talent acquisition efforts are effectively communicated to internal stakeholders.
