• Developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy to support the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts of an organization.
• Creating and managing content for recruitment and talent acquisition related communications, including but not limited to: press releases, website content, social media content, and other marketing materials.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key media contacts and other external stakeholders.
• Monitoring and responding to media inquiries and other external communications.
• Developing and executing internal communications plans to ensure that the organization’s recruitment and talent acquisition efforts are effectively communicated to internal stakeholders.
