Support vendor management process including:

Assist Managing vendor management operations

Manage building out survey and sendout post Development workshops and compile data/feedback on a monthly basis

Oversee monthly candidate experience survey feedback data pull and report to share with TA leadership

Manager vendor invoice processing in Coupa

Work alongside TA Ops Program Managers and legal to ensure all contracts are kept up to date and active in Coupa

Master's degree or equivalent years of experience and education

Demonstrates knowledge of best HR/OD practices and promising, futuristic and innovative learning and organization behavioral trends.

Demonstrates proven success in delivering business-impacting outcomes and results from learning, development, performance, and experience strategies, initiatives, programs, and/or efforts.

Ten years' experience, with five years' in leadership

Effectively collaborates with internal/external business owners and/or partners to identify business goals and performance gaps.

Displays analytic acumen by which disparate data/data sets are translated into meaningful insights upon which critical decision-making can be reliably based.

Create a working knowledge of the latest certification/license requirements

$20 - $23 an hour based on Experience/Skill Set

Be able to self manage/multitask and prioritize the tasks at hand

Be able to retain and utilize a working knowledge of multiple staff schedules

Monitor and help ensure that all teachers maintain current certification/licensure

Have a major understanding of the master schedule and use that knowledge to create best schedules when there are staffing shortages
