Executive MBA Program is seeking (1) Graduate Recruitment Manager to play an integral role in recruiting and admitting candidates into the Robinson Executive MBA program.

Here Is What You Will Do


The ideal candidate will play an integral role in recruiting and admitting candidates into the Robinson Executive MBA program. This position will work closely with the Associate Director to plan and execute recruitment activities, meet with EMBA candidates one-on-one, and manage the enrollment funnel by utilizing CRM software.


This position will help to build upon our current trajectory by continuing to increase the quality and quantity of our EMBA graduate enrollments. Located in our Buckhead Atlanta campus, the Graduate Recruitment Manager reports to the Associate Director for the Executive MBA program and will join a team of high-performing, forward thinking professionals who work collaboratively to drive prospects through the recruitment and admissions funnel.


Recruitment And Events


  • Leverage industry trends and CRM to analyze and determine priority of lead outreach efforts and recommend new outreach efforts. Manage contacts and generate reports throughout the recruitment cycle to track progress.
  • Plans and executes EMBA recruitment activities including information sessions, webinars, local events, and open house events, meeting and advising candidates one-on-one, delivering corporate presentations, making outbound phone calls, fielding questions via email, attending networking events, etc.


Relationships And Partnerships


  • Cultivates and leverages strategic partnerships in the business community and pipeline organizations in support of the growth and enhancement of the Executive MBA program.


Enrollment Funnel Management


Hold primary responsibility for the full scope of the enrollment process (prospect to enrollment). Such responsibilities include:


  • Cultivate prospects through the application process with high-touch outreach and communications strategies including email, phone calls, meetings, and introductions to appropriate RCB stakeholders.
  • Utilize Slate CRM to track applicant engagement and key conversion and communication stages throughout the enrollment funnel.
  • Coordination with the student services to ensure successful transition from applicant to admit to enroll.
  • Day-to-day engagement with associate director, faculty director, program director, and other EMBA stakeholders


Marketing And Social Media


  • Partner with the marketing team, associate director, faculty director, and program director to refine target markets/profiles and develop recruiting and marketing strategy.


Admissions Committee And Evaluation


  • Manage the application review process, including organizing applicant interviews with EMBA faculty and staff, reviewing admission applications for content, contacting applications on file status, and actively contributing to the admissions committee decisions.
  • Leveraging program and industry knowledge in combination with application data to evaluate candidates’ academic record, motivation, initiative, leadership potential, work/life experience, extracurricular activities, and educational/personal achievement professional as it relates to preparedness for the Executive MBA program.


Program Support


  • Participate in various alumni, orientation, and graduation events.
  • Occasionally staff Friday/Saturday classes, specifically during prospective student events, orientation, and domestic residency.

  • Teacher Retirement System TRS is a Defined Benefit Plan, a traditional public pension plan. Employees contribute 6% and USG contributes 19.81% to the plan. Your retirement benefit is calculated by factoring in years of service, final salary and a 2% multiplier. Employees are vested after 10 years.

Minimum Requirements


  • Master's degree and one year of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively and diplomatically with graduate applicants.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to make group presentations and influence others
  • Ability to make independent decisions, problem-solve and take appropriate action.
  • Experience interacting with individuals from various social, cultural, economic & educational backgrounds.
  • Working knowledge of admissions, recruiting, and counseling in a university environment.
  • Ability to use initiative and discretion in dealing with prospective students during recruitment.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems, preferably Slate CRM
