We are seeking a Talent Management Consultant - Hybrid Remote (home/office.) At Hanger, we believe in building strong, collaborative teams committed to our purpose Empowering Human Potential Together. As a Talent Management Consultant your contributions will support Hanger’s strategic priority of being an employer of choice in the orthotics, prosthetics and allied health field.


In this pivotal role you will


  • Consult with a variety of people across our various business units, and across HR, when there is a need to change the skills, knowledge, or behaviors on their team or in their organization
  • Respond openly to change

  • Recommend talent solutions addressing the necessary adjustments using your change management, and exceptional influence, communication, and relationship skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Strong project management experience and skills
  • Contribute to and potentially lead large-scale career path and employee development projects which are transforming our workforce
  • Keep our patients at the center of everything you do
  • Provide thought leadership on key talent management processes such as annual performance review process, talent assessments, succession planning and leadership development initiatives
  • Act with integrity, respect, honesty and transparency in all ways and at all times
  • Experience analyzing and drawing conclusions from qualitative and quantitative data
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Foster open collaboration and constructive dialogue with everyone around you
  • Strong consulting, influence and verbal communication skills
  • Lead key initiatives to increase team member awareness and understanding of the power in levering diversity, inclusion and belonging to unleash the full potential of team members and teams
  • Other projects as our team’s scope grows, and/or our business needs change
