Management Consultant Jobs

We are looking for a Management Consultant with previous Big-4 experience to join our expanding team! Our projects include organizational change management, process design and redesign, current state and future state assessments, prioritizing strategic initiatives, identifying operational process improvements and efficiencies, best practice recommendations, and change management activities.

• Previous work experience in a Big-4 Management Consulting firm is required
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• We work in small teams to help our clients. You must be able to work effectively as part of a team, and support others around you to succeed
• Position is 100% remote within continental United States
• US citizens or permanent residents only (You must be able to work in US without a visa or sponsorship requirement)
• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• This is a client facing role. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a can-do attitude is key
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of working on talent management and/or hiring strategy projects.
• Strong research skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights.
