The Client Company

Our client is a global leader and innovator in advanced embedded computing with manufacturing facilities worldwide, including a very strong presence in the United States. As part of their strategic expansion plans, they are investing in the talent infrastructure and currently seek a skilled Talent Development Manager to develop and implement integrated full life cycle talent management programs across their multisite operation.

Title: Multi-site Talent Development Manager (on-site role)

Location: Atlanta metro area, Georgia

Reports to: Head of Human Resources


The Position

Our confidential client is looking for a driven, hands-on leader capable of developing and implementing a fully integrated Talent Management infrastructure, including people, policy, process, and platforms. This person will be instrumental in delivering talent capabilities aligned with achieving company growth objectives.


The ideal candidate will possess strong business and HR fundamentals, solid organization design & development principles, tech savviness, strong analytical skills and excellent reporting & presentation skills. The TDM will interact at all levels of the organization to support employees in reaching their full potential and build organization capability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Continue building upon a talented, diverse, and inclusive work force.
  • Work with leaders to identify skills gaps within the workforce, as well as manage individual and team learning & development programs.
  • Upgrade the Performance Management process and tools.
  • INNOVATE & AUTOMATE as we shape our future together!
  • Manage talent sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage data and deliver reports that inform the business.
  • Identify 3rd party partner to develop & deliver High Potential leadership program(s).
  • Ensure comprehensive, ongoing Succession Planning is in place.
  • Identify mid-term organization needs and develop an effective Talent Management roadmap aligned with business mission, vision, values, and strategic goals.


Education, Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong tech skills and in-depth experience using HRIS, recruitment and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Experience building from the ground up and managing full Talent Management life cycle (sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, training and development, performance management, succession planning, engagement, change management, organizational effectiveness, DE&I, retention, etc.)
  • Human Resources certification(s) also preferred.
  • Capability to work with organizational agility in a growing & changing environment.
  • 5-7 years of proven HR experience (3+ with emphasis in Talen Management).
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business related fields, including Human Resources. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in multi-site operations.
