Responsibilities & what we are looking for.
Are you a recruitment guru with a talent for building strong relationships and finding the perfect match between candidates and companies?
If so, we're on the hunt for YOU to join our team to support our US offices.
Your purpose will be to assist with attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to LEMAN while also building our very first TA function.
Some of the focus areas include:
Develop and implement talent attraction strategies and initiatives
Create job post listings on job boards and social media platforms
Source and identify potential candidates through various channels
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to identify staffing needs
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
As a Talent Attraction Partner, you'll have the opportunity to take your skills to new heights through exciting development opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with our USA team to enhance LEMAN's employer brand and attract top-tier talent. In addition, you'll work to train our hiring managers and help them refine their recruitment and assessment skills, ensuring that we consistently make the best possible hiring decisions.
But that's not all – you'll also have the chance to unleash your creativity and develop innovative tools and initiatives that enhance the candidate experience and make our hiring processes even more effective. This role is an excellent opportunity for a talented recruiter to join a dynamic team and grow both personally and professionally.
What we're looking for:
As a Talent Attraction Partner supporting several locations across 6 states, we need someone who's both organized and detail-oriented. But we also want someone who knows how to build fantastic relationships with everyone they work with – that's the key to success here!
Whether you're just starting out in your Recruiter/HR/People career or you're a seasoned pro, we're looking for someone with a passion for building and developing things while creating a top-notch candidate experience. We're not interested in copying what everyone else is doing – we want someone who's creative and loves to come up with fun and unique solutions.
We are looking for someone to work out of our Oakbrook office. And if you need to work from home or somewhere else, no problem – we offer flexible working conditions to make sure you can work wherever you're most productive.
