Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist is a human resource professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring top talent in the market and will be responsible for overseeing and administrating recruiting efforts, including working closely with hiring managers, ad placement, resume reviews, To be successful as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you should be very knowledgeable about current marketplace conditions, on-line recruiting tools and the various laws and regulations which apply to them. Top candidates will also have great communication skills in order to educate hiring manager on recruiting techniques.


Main duties


  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
  • Work closely with management on hiring initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices in building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fair.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirement
  • Meet with Human Resources Business Partner to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company
  • Provide feedback to management about details regarding application.
  • Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates


Requirements


  • Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruiting
  • Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
  • Experience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders and ages
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods
  • Knowledge of ATS required : Workable is a plus
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
  • Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
  • Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any questions a potential hire may have
  • Experience in recruitment : min 3 years
  • Degree in human resources or related field.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
