Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a talented Systems Analyst I, whose role is to help businesses to increase their output and enhance their profitability by improving their IT systems and applications. They should be able to assess existing IT solutions, analyze their functionality, efficiency and productivity, and then help organizations design, develop and implement new technical solutions. This role partners closely with IT teams, Business teams and Clients to provide technical support and help them solve their problems and identify solutions.

  • Handle technical support tickets and help the users to solve their problems and identify solutions to implement.
  • Assess existing IT solutions, analyze their functionality, efficiency and productivity, and then help organizations design, develop and implement new technical solutions.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to assess existing IT solutions, analyze their functionality, efficiency and productivity, and then help organizations design, develop and implement new technical solutions.
  • 1-3 years of experience creating and maintaining system documentation.
  • 1+ years of experience providing technical analysis, design, installation, maintenance and modification of broad/complex computer systems.
  • 1-3 years of experience in maintaining and modifying complex systems and/or designs and develops integrated subsystems.
  • 1-3 years of experience handling technical support tickets and help the users to solve their problems and identify solutions to implement.
  • 1-3 years of experience locating technical problems and identify potential solutions.
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting users through technical support of the applications, developing procedures and other technical support. Creates an environment that promotes end-user self-sufficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related major, or 1-3 years of extensive experience in IT and/or computer programming.
  • 1-3 years of experience handling a diverse range of duties on both the technical side of things and the business side of things.

For California, Colorado and New York Applicants: In accordance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is between:

$53,000.00 - $66,500.00

Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
