The Role
The IT Asset Management team collaborates across Lumen's organizations to manage our hardware asset management CMDB and software asset management discovery tool. The Systems Analyst I role will support the team through data analysis and issues resolution, website content management, and process documentation review. This role is well-suited to people who are organized, have strong analytical abilities, and work well as part of a team. With strong attention to detail and a creative mind, you will drive success by working with a strongly committed and collaborative team.
The Main Responsibilities
- Maintain Asset Management SharePoint content for the user community
- Apply various analytical techniques or strategies to optimize the efficiency and quality of the data
- Learn new tools and software and leverage them to develop insights
- Assist with the delivery of ITAM projects (e.g. audits, inventories, technology refresh)
- Process documentation review and maintenance
- Gain familiarity with basic IT infrastructure (servers, databases, storage, networking devices)
- Performs data analytics to ensure completeness, quality, and consistency of data

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
