Overview

Customers Bank is looking for a senior level candidate to spearhead it’s efforts to bring in deposits in the Treasury Management space. The ideal individual will have extensive experience with implementing sales strategies, including systems and software, building sales teams, and have a large network to pull in deposit relationships.

Salary range: $150,000-$250,000 - based on experience and qualification

Day-to Day Responsibilities

• Ability to build and motivate a team
• Knowledge of the full sales cycle including planning, sales approach, and providing solutions to business within all lending verticals
• Work closely with the product teams to define needs and work to develop products that support the growth of deposits and the Treasury Management function
• Experience working effectively across all line of business to ensure appropriate technical support and resources for new/enhanced product and service offerings
• Treasury Management operational experience to identify systems issues and the ability to triage and resolve issues, ensuring customers are being provided a “Wow” experience
• Process driven, developing methods for tracking market trends and competitive patterns
• Be a subject matter expert on strategic projects related to Treasury Management

Must Have Experience

• 5+ years of proven leadership experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred, or a combination of advanced coursework and relevant work experience
• 5+ years of sales, revenue producing, and/or Treasury Management experience
