Position Description

Advertised Job Summary
Under general supervision, provides support to Facilities Management & Support Services of the USC School of Medicine (SOM). Assists the Assistant Director and Office Manager with physical inventories, locks and keys, intra-campus moves, and excess office/laboratory furniture and equipment. Serves as back-up to Postal Clerk. This department provides services to approximately 600 faculty and staff. Demonstrates commitment to conducting business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma and 2 years of work experience in postal, courier or delivery operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Requires a high school diploma and three years of work experience in postal, courier or delivery operations. Must possess a valid, current drivers license and meet the State driving standards through a clearance with the USC Department of Transportation Services. Must be able to deal effectively with faculty, staff, and students and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Required to conduct business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures and regulations.
