• Responsibilities:
• Act as the production support team lead for 65 applications used by our Wealth and Insurance businesses.
• Agility Partners is seeking qualified applicants to fill an open IS Technical Specialist (Production Support) position with one of our Banking clients. In this exciting role you will be taking the lead role within the production support team and overseeing the technology management of applications in the Wealth & Insurance Technology space. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of managing critical applications and contributing to the success of our Wealth and Insurance businesses.
• Build and maintain runbooks for each application, ensuring all tasks are completed according to SLAs.
• Prepare and present monthly operations reports, providing valuable metrics to measure strengths and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead a team of support staff, ensuring their focus aligns with the right set of priorities.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in working with and supporting vendor applications.
• Strong organizational skills, adept at handling multiple competing priorities.
• 3-5 years of experience in an application development or production support role.
• Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with developers, analysts, and colleagues across the organization.
• Confident in working with diverse business and technology personalities.
