Candidates MUST be able to think swiftly there is no phone script for this position and every call will be different!Skills needed: Good typing skills, Attention to detail, excellent customer service skills , computer knowledge, e-mail (Outlook) knowledge, updating websites.Would be a plus to have experience or knowledge of construction or maintenance repairs,Hours: 8:30-5 may varyPay $14 to start with evaluations and possible raises after 3 monthsAttire: Casual, Jeans ok with a nice top.
