You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because…


  • You will establish requirements for reporting, and work cross functionally to implement and deliver those reports
  • You will help to forecast staffing needs based on expected and observed program performance
  • You will manage performance expectations with our front end patient support staff
  • Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday, 6am- 6pm PST
  • You will become an expert with our software solutions, including but not limited to Five9, Salesforce, and Pioneer
  • You will work collaboratively with leaders and team members to set training and quality assurance plans to ensure members are receiving their medication in a timely manner
  • You will find creative ways to reduce friction and make our customer experience more seamless
  • The majority of your day will be spent overseeing the performance our customer service team dedicated to Pharmacy services, and patient support
  • You will perform other duties as assigned.


We’re Excited About You Because…


  • Ability to solve problems and identify solutions
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Ability to demonstrate customer service skills in interactions with all patients, families, and staff including in high volume and stressful situations
  • Ability to work independently as well as an integral part of the customer service team
  • Knowledge of and ability to use and apply pharmacy terminology
  • Preferred: Experience with startups
  • 2+ years experience leading health care operations teams
  • Preferred: Experience with pharmacy benefit related customer support
  • Preferred: Experience with Telehealth


Salary: $65,000 annually
