Job Summary

PSEG is seeking an intern within the corporate Talent Acquisition Operations Department for a year round internship (part time during the semester and full time breaks). Talent Acquisition Operations is key to the operational success of all Talent Acquisition big picture objectives and support functions, it impacts all service lines within PSEG. Our ability to use technologies, and the accompanying data, to design process improvements, streamline and scale strategies, and optimize outcomes is paramount. This position will be involved in proctor pre-employment tests (on-site), complete I9’s (on-site), along with process mapping and SOP review.

This position will be Hybrid – mostly remote and in-person (Subject to change based on safety/CDC guideline)

Job Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize multiple projects and bring new ideas to the table.
  • Candidates will be working alongside Human Resources professionals to assist with day to day duties.

Job Specific Qualifications


The successful candidate (s) must be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in Human Resource Management, Leadership/Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or related major. All candidates must have completed sophomore year prior to the start of the summer internship program. PSEG recognizes institutions of higher education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Preferred Skills: 3.0 GPA

All PSEG internship roles are paid at an hourly rate, however there are no benefits associated with these positions. We are targeting: Currently enrolled/matriculating students and able to commute to the assigned work location as needed. Housing, transportation, immigration Support will not be provided in association with these positions.
