Business Administration Intern - Summer 2023

About the Role

The Business Administration internship will give a student an opportunity to gain experience in a variety of Hologram's business functions. As a Hologram intern, you will learn from the best minds in the industry and contribute to the success of an industry leader. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic group in an organization dedicated to building personalized nutrition solutions that are science backed, will improve people's health and well-being, and will help people overcome obstacles to feel better every day.

The internship will run for 10-12 weeks beginning in the middle of June and ending in the middle to end of August, although dates are flexible.

Interns are paid $20.00 per hour and work a 35-hour week. Qualified candidates should be entering their sophomore, junior or senior year of an accredited college. Candidates should be available to work a hybrid arrangement that includes 1-2 days per week from our office co-working space at 125 High Street in Boston, MA.

Accelerate your Career as You:

• Participate in building scalable process improvements with our infrastructure, technology and platforms; assist with programming of laptops, as needed
• Prepare posts for social media content creation and promotion
• Prepare presentation materials at a high-level and maintain organized filing structure
• Perform other duties as necessary
• Assist with office management and administrative duties including calendar management, travel and expenses
• Assist with various audits, document organization and migration projects
• Assist in the organization and planning of programs and events, including our off-site event in Boston the week of July 11th
• Assist with product inventory management
• Assist with various research projects for Hologram's in-house brands
• Learn the inner workings of a startup by providing support across multiple functions

A Bit About You:

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You possess strong communication, organization, analytical and project management skills
• You have a minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA
• You are authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• You have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and independently problem solve
• You have experience working with Microsoft Office products and the Google suite
• You are an undergrad working towards a Bachelor's degree with a major in Human Resources, People Operations, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Experience with other platforms such as Miro, Monday.com, Notion is preferred.
• You have 0-2 years of professional experience
