DCM Inc. is looking for theatrical personalities with a passion for the performing arts.

We're looking for salespeople; we're looking for fundraisers. This is an opportunity to do something that really serves a purpose.

We are currently recruiting remote/work from home Subscription Sales Representatives for The Sacramento Philharmonic and Orchestra.

Job Profile:

• Qualified Leads - NO COLD CALLING!!
• Flexible scheduling (minimum of 16 hrs per week - 4 full shifts)
• ENTIRELY REMOTE/WORK FROM HOME!!
• Calling past subscribers & patrons of SPO to sell subscription/ticket packages
• Management Opportunities
• Mandatory paid training: Monday 5/8 AND Tuesday 5/9 both 3-9pm PST
• Comprehensive and ongoing training/coaching
• Team atmosphere
• Part-Time Shifts: Mon-Thurs 4:30-8:30pm, Fri 11am-3pm, Sat 10am-2pm PST

Requirements:

• A willing attitude to learn & grow
• An ability to follow directions and read from a script
• Self-motivated, team player
• A successful sales and/or fundraising background
• High quality customer service attitude
• Persistent, diligent work ethic
• A passion for classical music and the performing arts!!
• A great desire to promote and preserve orchestral music, theater, dance
• A sense of mission & dedication to excellence
• Someone who can consistently close sales & raise money
• Fluently articulate, confident, focused, persuasive
• Computer savvy, w/ an ability to learn quickly

Compensation:

• Top Performers usually make between $20-$25+ per hour every week
• Base hourly rate (guaranteed $15/hr) plus commission (% of sale)

Location:

Although this position is entirely remote, you MUST live/work in one of the following states to be considered: California (Los Angeles and San Diego ONLY), New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Illinois.
