Analyst, Documentation, Capital Planning, and Resolution Planning



What is the Opportunity?


  • Primary support for the buildout, coordination, and maintenance of Procedures, Policies, and Supporting Documentation for CCAR and Resolution Planning.
  • Assist with implementing a consistent and comprehensive approach to all Supporting Documentation used as part of Federal Reserve examinations.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials summarizing capital and resolution planning processes and results for senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Support for drafting and editing of the CCAR Capital Plan and the U.S. Resolution Plan.


What will you do?
  • U.S. Resolution Plan and/or CCAR experience and/or well-rounded knowledge of regulatory exercises within financial institutions preferred, but not required
  • Opportunities to building close relationships with clients
  • Ability to make a difference and lasting impact
  • Strong understanding of macroeconomic metrics and broader impacts to global and U.S economy
  • Review supervisory guidance and industry news to identify Capital Plan, Resolution Plan requirements, best practices, and trends.
  • General understanding of Capital Markets, Retail Banking, and Wealth Management.
  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable
  • Strong abilities in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio), Workiva (WDesk), and SharePoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business (Finance, Accounting), or other business oriented majors preferred
  • Strong consultative skills desired / preferred, inclusive of presentation, facilitation, structured thinking and project management experience.
  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team
  • Performing quality assurance of all Supporting Documentation to show a professional and consistent work product; and
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, including presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of Dodd-Frank, foreign banking organizations, US Basel III, and relevant Supervisory Regulations preferred, but not required
  • Support the Capital & Resolution Plan team with the production of the Capital Plan and the U.S. Resolution Plan, including:
  • Writing and analytical capabilities commensurate with independent production of management-ready documentation work products
  • Opportunities to do challenging work
  • Incorporating feedback from key stakeholders, senior management, and the Board of Directors;
  • Developing and implementing program-wide documentation standards to ensure a comprehensive approach;
  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities
  • Enables collective achievement of our strategic goals
  • Conducting ad-hoc analysis or tasks in support of the Capital Plan and U.S. Resolution Plan narratives; and
  • Independent thinker with ability to deliver results with minimal oversight.
  • Operationally savvy, action-oriented individual who continually strives for improvement.
  • Communicating feedback to relevant Supporting Documentation owners for incorporation.
  • Work efficiently and collaborate across disciplines within the organization.
  • Preparing initial drafts of Capital Plan and U.S. Resolution Plan chapters and associated key policy documentation;
  • Performing quality assurance reviews to drive professional and consistent work product;
  • Execute on strategic initiatives, as needed, in support of the long-term operating model of the Capital & Resolution Plan Team.
  • Primary support for the buildout, coordination, and maintenance of the Capital Plan and Resolution Plan Supporting Documentation, including:
