About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sr Zone Training Manager to join our Store Training Team. As the Sr Zone Training Manager (ZTM), you will be a member of the Store Training Team and will play a key role in building a sustainable training culture by leading company training initiatives, analyzing store learning needs, and maintaining a feedback loop on training modalities. You will effectively partner with the Zone Vice President and Regional Managers to identify Zone training opportunities and create a plan to address and measure progress. The key to success is the ability to organize, execute, and be highly collaborative with all business partners. This position reports directly to the Director of Store Training.
What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
- Provide feedback for training programs both pre- and post- delivery of initiatives.
- Partner with Zone Vice President and Regional Managers to set clear expectations for training, learning, and development opportunities within the Zone.
- Work with Zone VPs to recommend and implement training solutions designed to improve customer experience and KPIs.
- Train content for store tests and pilot programs
- Partner with Director of Store training to execute the Store Training strategy and roadmap.
- Monitor on-boarding of new hires through the Tailored Learning Center platform (TLC)
- Lead change throughout the Zone by providing training support and follow up to all new initiatives which require specific training.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in current and new training content.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Stay informed on corporate communications, directives, initiatives, and policies/procedures.
What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience
- Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to satisfy our internal and external customers.
- Experienced at prioritizing and working under time constraints, overseeing multiple projects at one time, and working independently while remaining flexible to changing priorities and assignments.
- Exceptional time management and follow-up skills.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and assess potential obstacles and opportunities to learning and development.
- Ability to think strategically to develop training plans and execution of initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or Learning & Development or equivalent experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to flex to various audiences.
- Retail management or sales multi-unit management experience of 5 years or equivalent
- Experience in conducting in-person or virtual training sessions with exceptional presentations skills.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
- Remote position based in the same location as the Zone Vice President
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
- This position requires 50 percent+ travel throughout assigned zone and at times across North America
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.

$68,600-$114,300 This salary range is specific to New York, California, and Washington, and may differ in other locations. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid according to policy. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
