POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr. Recruiter, Early Career will be an integral part of the execution of Early Career / University Recruiting strategy for the company, helping us meet our deliverables in our hiring needs, maintaining key partnerships with targeted Colleges and Universities, and building the Royal Caribbean Group brand as the employer of choice for entry-level talent.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning, managing, and executing campus engagement events such as career fairs, info sessions, classroom presentations
- Provides metrics and measurement against recruiting strategy to ensure the program is meeting business needs
- Manages onsite and offsite events, hosting site visits, and/or participating in Philanthropic initiatives
- Meets KPIs for sourcing and hiring against current Entry level and Internship roles
- Contributes to the creation of our internship program, including coordinating and managing events and speaker series with C-suite executives
- Manages in house interview days including coordination of interviews, conducting campus tours, and presentations
- Contributes to the creation of strategy around Diversity recruitment, including sourcing and identifying partnerships
- Be the face of Royal Caribbean at university events, educational partnerships, and diversity organizations
- Provides ideas around branding and marketing Royal Caribbean to targeted colleges and universities
- Have responsibilities for full cycle recruitment of Internship and Entry level roles from sourcing and screening to executing offers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Some experience with event management software is preferred (Yello etc.)
- Prior experience working with college level students.
- Professional presence, including the proven ability to interact and build relationships with senior-level management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, and/or business related degree
- Strongly preferred: 3-5 years of Early Career/Campus/University Recruiting experience
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Project management experience, including managing high visibility events
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% during peak recruiting season
- 30-50% travel during peak season is required for the role.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; must be comfortable and confident when speaking to large populations
- Event planning and marketing experience
