Reports to: Global Director of Talent Acquisition Programs

Position Purpose: The Global Manager of Early Careers Recruitment will lead, develop, and scale StoneX Early Careers recruitment strategies, including the recruitment of all global apprentices, interns and new grads. This role is instrumental in the development and execution of our early careers recruitment strategy, ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience. This individual will be responsible for managing, leading, and coaching a global team, and will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to develop and execute initiatives that will drive efficiency, improve processes, and support our overall talent and business goals. This individual will bring thought leadership and strategic vision to the Talent Acquisition team globally.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with Human Resource Business Partners and Hiring Managers to lead forecasting process and agree on yearly early career hiring numbers, interview timelines, assessment components, and closing strategies.
  • Support the evolution of the early careers team towards a function that is consistently viewed as a strategic, consultative, and proactive partner.
  • Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
  • Promotes company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
  • Influence stakeholders across global recruiting organization to drive process improvement that will aid in a positive and successful candidate experience, spanning from candidate identification to recruitment to employee onboarding.
  • Partners with all functions withing HR.
  • Works on various research projects and/or special projects as assigned.
  • Lead and develop recruiting strategies focused on and early careers recruitment, overseeing all early careers sourcing, campus recruitment activity, and conversion of early careers talent.
  • Maintain a clear and detailed knowledge of the industry trends, best practices, and labor legislation.
  • Lead a team of Early Careers recruiters globally, both Early Careers Recruiters and Coordinators.
  • Develop and champion formal and informal efforts to enhance the overall state of early careers development and programs, always promoting diversity
  • Annual evaluation of our target universities and partner organizations for fit, functional and stakeholder alignment; Demographic and diversity metrics; ROI on recruiting efforts; University curriculum that enhances candidate profile for StoneX and specific talent needs of targeted business groups.


Qualifications


Minimum Job Requirements:


  • Must be authorized to work in the US/UK for any employer.
  • Confidence and ability to consult with and advise senior leaders.
  • Ability to work independently and make independent decisions.
  • Experience with recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems, assessment tools and sourcing tools
  • Strong planning and project management skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business or Psychology.
  • 6+ years of professional Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience.
  • Ability to work non-core business hours to accommodate meetings for a variety of time zones.
  • 2+ years leading a team or in a supervisor role.
  • Experience in understanding and translating the priorities of the business and integrating cross functional strategies to meet the needs of the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
  • Strong verbal/written communication abilities and effective interpersonal skills.


Class: Full-Time, Exempt


Physical requirements/Working conditions:
