Energy – Early Talent Rotational Program: Marketing
Marketing Associate - Home Appliance:
· Supports Senior Marketing Manager in executing best-in-class marketing strategies and product launch initiatives – and the metrics that measure their impact- to deliver business and brand equity goals.
· Supports the development of omni-channel communication strategies for product segments, translating functional and technical specs in to compelling and differentiated consumer propositions.
· Supports development and execution of engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and advertising.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and sales, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all touchpoints.
· Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, consumer insights, competitive landscape and market trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Marketing Associate – Home Entertainment:
Channel Marketing Account Associate:
· Collaborate with LG’s internal digital marketing teams and 3rd party agency partners on retailer brand support, which includes but not limited to: LG brand store page development/ maintenance, retailer educational pages, social content, Product Detail Page updates and continual optimization
· Effectively manage timelines/schedules including creating internal briefs, outlining goals, defining scopes, sending deliverables, managing required resources and staying within budget.
· Define and align best in-class marketing asset KPIs to optimize all retail channels.
· Key partner and influencer working with account teams for maximization of trade fund management supporting marketing executions at retail.
· Define and create customized dashboards to report on KPIs using Excel and PowerPoint.
Audience Activation Associate:
· Assist with reporting setup and proactively sharing on timely basis with key internal / 3rd party stakeholders - KPI tracking, key trends and insights
· Track best practices, resources/tools, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations for growth
· QA and approve all email campaigns to ensure creative content, links, and copy are all correct.
· Manages Campaign tracking sheet and UTM's
· Work closely with the wider LG team to ensure that campaigns and messages are aligned with wider customer propositions and brand guidelines
· Maintains and ensures all 1:1 reporting decks are updated, summaries performance decks as requested
Job Requirements
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is a must
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills
- 0-2 years experience MAXIMUM
- Motivated individual with the ability to interact with different capacities of management
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related field
