Job Description

Our client is searching for a highly motivated Sr, Manager Talent Development who will serve as the strategic practitioner for People & Organizational Development, partnering closely with regional teams for the business unit.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams to diagnose organization effectiveness issues, collect and analyze data, generate recommendations to address performance gaps, and build plans for required employee and leader capabilities.
  • Facilitate, guide, advise, and coach leaders on performance excellence, team effectiveness, and organizational culture. Conduct team and individual assessments to provide data-driven consultation.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Support the successful transformation of change, partnering with leaders on the strategy and tactics of change activities to support a successful transformation -- including training, communications, and/or gaining sponsorship engagement.
  • Use data as predictive analytics for insights, outcomes, and future focus areas.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to lead and or serve as an internal consultant in the design, implementation, and assessment of changes in organizational structure, role design, work design or new processes. Support leaders in delivering change management required for their long-term vision.
  • Lead and/or facilitate talent management initiatives, including identification of early-in-career & high-potential talent, planning and executing next roles and experiences, monitoring individual and group development progress, and measuring outcomes and value creation of the end-to-end talent process.
  • Partner with teammates from Recruiting, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and other HR functions to implement strategies.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a combination of the following areas: organizational development, talent management, and change management in a global organization
  • Ability to link performance management practices to organizational performance requirements
  • Ability to lead across disciplines within a matrix environment spread across geographies and cultures
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s Degree is preferred but not required.
  • Experience building individual, team, and organizational people development models
  • Demonstrated success in weaving culture into employee development experiences
  • Experience designing and facilitating employee experiences that evoke impactful outcomes
  • Experience creating and influencing organizational potential assessment processes
