    • Welcome to Deloitte Consulting (W2DC): One L&D Consulting Center of Excellence Manager role will lead our W2DC communications and connections focus area. This manager will lead the W2DC teams as we advance the program goals by supporting the communications, marketing, and partnerships activities. They will also execute, innovate, and support a robust onboarding curriculum for both new experienced hires and supporting resources (including project teams, coaches, and Onboarding Advisors).
    • Human Capital & Consultant Pod Manager Role - One Manager level role will play a pivotal role in supporting both our Human Capital Offering Portfolio and Consultant Pod Team. This individual will focus on our CDx: Explore Consultant milestone program delivery, as well as supporting ongoing Consultant level needs for overall curriculum and learning journey development. Additionally, as part of the Human Capital team, this manager will execute, innovate, and support a robust curriculum for our Human Capital Practice including strategic projects, curriculum curation and promotion, and agile business requests.
  • Deloitte Technology Academy: With a team of 150+, DTA trains tens of thousands of learners annually in critical technology skills including AI, Cloud, Cyber, Data & Analytics, custom development, and package technologies. Work you'll do

Act as a learning and talent development manager on effective and leading-edge learning and development designs that align with learning and talent development strategy to achieve desired business outcomes. Responsibilities may include:
  • Manage, coach and support the success of junior team members within and across teams via informal reporting relationships.
  • Build, manage and leverage relationships with talent and business colleagues
  • Develop and execute a curriculum of development experiences through collaboration with the Development Leader, Shared Services and business leaders and managers
  • Lead the design, development, evaluation, pilot and delivery of new learning and capability development programs through collaboration with shared services
  • Manage resources and budgets to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum, programs, and processes.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess
  • Prior consulting or professional services experience, preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed virtual environment
  • Strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
  • Experience working in a learning and development organization is beneficial
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles/previous instructional design experience
  • Consultative approach: excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels
  • Facility to manage ambiguity across multiple priorities and to know when to escalate issues for final resolution
  • Aptitude to lead a distributed, cross-functional team

Qualifications
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables:
    • In Excel, aggregate and analyze operational data to identify insights and trends
    • In PowerPoint, tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; identify clear and actionable asks
    • In Word, create clear, concise, professional communications and resources
    • In Teams, effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiency and version control

  • Minimum 8 years of related professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future
  • In Word, create clear, concise, professional communications and resources
  • Demonstrated, end-to-end project/program management experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project close

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 to $173,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
