Multinational company dedicated to the purchase and processing of dairy products with more than 94k employees, with presence in more than 194 countries and 16 plants, currently in 10 countries in Latam.

Your new role

• Ensure that internal and external customer service is optimal according to the Company's standards.
• Guide and evaluate the work team according to corporate metrics.
• Coordinate all administrative activities of the area in charge and ensure compliance with corporate procedures.
• Promote the organizational culture within the group and develop leaders who enact it.
• Lead sales meetings, controlling that all sales and marketing actions are implemented in a timely manner and achieve established effectiveness rates.
• Comply with the budget of the region and look for savings and optimization alternatives.
• Evaluate that the distribution systems ensure the presence of the products in all channels in the region in accordance with the Company's policies.
• Plan and coordinate sales actions for all channels, supporting marketing activities in the region under his/her responsibility.
• Ensure and control that all members of the sales team meet the quotas set for their performance.
• Participate in the selection process and training of personnel under his/her responsibility.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5 years of experience in account management and perishable mass consumption channels.
• Bachelor's degree in administration, Marketing or Industrial Engineering or related field (Must)
• Availability to travel up to 50% Central America and Caribbean Zone.
• Location: Florida, US
• Advanced English and Spanish (Must)
• Must live in the US, have documentation to work.
• Marketing specialization or master's degree (Plus)
